What changed

  • Document how Fast uses conversation and integration evidence before answering in Slack and Discord.
  • Explain when Fast answers directly, delegates repository or workspace work, inspects delegated task progress, or asks which active task a follow-up refers to.

Why this change was made

A review of user-facing changes merged during the previous 24 hours found that Fast's evidence-driven behavior and delegated-task inspection capabilities had shipped without corresponding public documentation.

Impact

Slack and Discord users can now understand what Fast will handle directly, what becomes a Roomote task, and how progress questions and ambiguous follow-ups are resolved.
